All of my kids prefer the chewable over the liquid form. Please stop making kids medicine with dyes in it. If this was dye free then I would have given it a perfect rating. There’s no need for the dyes. Just get rid of them.

Hello I have a daughter and a son who both have asthma. I recently have been giving my daughter the chewable tablets and we love them. However they only come in one flavor the purple/ grape and my daughter isn't a fan. I also ask is it possible to make them dye free. I feel the medicine would be tolerated better and maybe absorbed faster. Sincerely a dedicated mom who loves the benadryl products.

Good product, but please make it without the dye. Children don't care what color it is, they just want to feel better. It is sickening to see the ingredients. You can do better.

Good medication. Terrible packaging. If the packaging is designed to DIScourage use. - congratulations ! You have done a marvelous job ! You have, then, succeeded - with an outside ( overall ) box that is nearly impossible to open and individual tablet packaging that requires either scissors or a sharp knife to open. So great product, horrific packaging.

Would be a great option if it came in a dye free version and different flavor (such as bubble gum)

I have to keep Benadryl on hand for myself and my two children due to our allergies and extremely sensitive skin. Unfortunately, I didn't think about the dyes in this product until after I purchased it. I had to use it in an emergency, but my son is not a fan of the grape flavor. The positive (and reason for giving it 3 stars) is that it does work - not surprising, since the active ingredient is the same. However, a dye free version would work just as well, and could come in other flavors, such as cherry or bubble gum. Fortunately, I found a generic product elsewhere that meets these requirements, so I will not buy this product again until they come out with a dye free version. Honestly, dear makers of Benadryl: It's 2020 and this is an allergy product used by kids who have extreme sensitivities... How does it make any sense to include harmful dyes in the ingredients? Any ingredient that is not essential to the efficacy or palatability of the medicine should be eliminated to reduce the risk of a negative reaction. It's ridiculous for a kid to potentially have an allergic reaction to an allergy medication.

Of course Benadryl does what it’s supposed to. It makes my kid feel better. But it’s pretty bad that you don’t have allergy information on it. I have to rely on a web search and some strangers when Im trying to find out if it’s gluten free at 9pm on a Sunday. I didn’t realize during regular work hours that my daughter with celiac disease would develop hives. This is a problem across many medication manufacturers, but especially disappointing to have a hard time finding allergy info on an allergy med.
